Cornwall SSC held their 2008 presentation evening at Trevelgue Holiday Park, Newquay on Saturday night. Meanwhile a plane from New Zealand touched down at Heathrow Airport and an international motocross ace was heading for Cornwall. The young racers certainly got a surprise as Josh Coppins appeared on the stage to present the trophies.

Lady rider and former British girls champion Kelly Phillips from St Dennis went home with a smile on her face and Coppins race shirt tucked under her arm. The world series factory Yamaha / Monster Energy team rider gave Kelly his shirt for her dedication to motocross.
The club would like to thank Trevelgue, and Josh Coppins who was in the UK on other motocross business for his time and effort to come to Cornwall. CSSC wish all their riders good luck for 2009.
