Hello to all members, friends and racers of the Cornwall Schoolboy Scramble Club.
It is with regret that we the Committee, have to apologise for the cancelling of this weekends Club Championship opener and BSMA Qualifier at Polwyn Farm nr Newquay. Rain has fallen all week on an already very wet track and Pit area and more rain is forecast tonight and also a Met Office Severe weather warning is in place for sunday giving Heavy rain and winds of up to 60mph!! Unfortunately there is nothing any of us can do about the weather. A lot of hard work has gone on over at Polwyn to give us a great track for 2010 and riding Sunday would turn it into a mudbath! We are aware this is will be a great dissapointment to you all as it is to us and thank you all for your patience and understanding. Plans are in place to race at Polwyn next weekend weather permitting, but it is most likely to be a fun meeting. It may be possible with the agreement of all members, to reschedule this weekends Qualifier/Championship race to next weekend if it wasnt going to affect anyone's planned racing schedule or disadvantage any Racers/members. Any feedback on this issue would be most welcome ASAP to help us with our decision for next weekend. Feedback to this email address or jason@sawyerj.fsnet.co.uk is fine. Please check the Website, Facebook group and TMX for confirmed plans for next weekend (and i'll make sure you get a postcode published!) Once again many thanks guys for your co-operation and continued help, fingers crossed for some sunshine in 2010,

Yours in Motor Sport

Jason Sawyer
