AGM
This year's AGM will be held on wednesday December 3rd at the Victoria Inn, Roche, starting at 7.30 pm. All club members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Several of the existing committee members have been doing their jobs for four or five years and are looking to take a break. Therefore to keep the club going, we need to find some replacements.

- Clerk of the Course
- Assistant Clerk
- Chief Starter & Gates
- points Secretary
- Technical officer
- Publicity Officer
- Child Protection Officer
- Trophies
- Track Maintenance
- Bibs & Flags
- Looking after PA & Radios
- Start Gate Transport
- Lapscoring Van & Equipment Transport
- Booking First aid
- booking Toilets
- Van Maintenance
- Putting out Road Markers to tracks
None of these jobs are very time-consuming on theirown, but when one person has to do several jobs, it makes things a lot harder. Even if you feel you can't do one of the jobs on your own, maybe you could share it with someone else. So please, come along and do your bit to keep the club running.
MOTOCROSS WEEK CANCELLED
DUE TO THE LACK OF ENTRIES WE HAVE HAD TO MAKE THE DIFICULT DECISION TO CANCEL MOTOCROSS WEEK .....WE WILL HOWEVER BE HOLDING A 2 DAY FUN MEETING AT FRADDON ON 7TH & 8TH AUGUST.
RESULTS
RESULTS ARE NOW PUBLISHED FOR FRADDON 27TH JUNE.

LICENCE FEES 2010
GREAT NEWS it was descided at the BSMA AGM, that the LICENCE FEES for 2010 will be £25 for the year, with no reduction for part year..... a massive saving for our members.
MEMEBRSHIP & LICENCE FORMS HAVE BEEN SENT BY POST TO ALL LAST YEARS MEMBERS . PLEASE RETURN THEM ASAP TO AVOID QUES AT THE MEETINGS.... IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR RECEIPT PLEASE ENCLOSE A STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE . ANYONE WHO NEEDS A LICENCE FORM PLEASE EMAIL ME csscmx@aol.com
